About Shear Success
Shear Success began in 1987 with a grant from the Prince's Trust. The company's directors, Angela Gough and Maureen Young have met HRH Prince Charles on two occasions.
In 1989 Shear Success became an accredited training centre to deliver and assess NVQ Levels 1, 2 & 3. We have a price range headed Graduate Designer. These are stylists who are just about to complete or have just completed their training. The price they charge reflects their level of experience. This enables our Graduates to gain experience working with their own clients. Certain services maybe restricted if supervision is required.
The Shear Success team have been trained to carry out a full consultation, discussing face shapes, lifestyle, client ability to maintain the style as well as recommending products and demonstrating their use.
Over the past few years Shear Success have been recognised in many hairdressing and business awards including winning the Customer Service category three times being highly commended in the Training and Excellence category in the Sutton Coldfield business awards and winning the promotional category in the ghd expert awards.
