Maureen Young
Director of Shear Success Maureen has substantial experience in hair design. With a proactive approach Maureen offers a creative and innovative hair care service to clients. Additionally Maureen heads the pioneering training centre at the Tamworth Salon, mentoring and coaching team members to develop their hairdressing skills and assisting them in realising their full potential.
Angela Gough
Angela is the Co director of Shear Success she spends a limited time on the salon floor now enabling her more time to develop the business. When hairdressing Angela enjoys Creative Cutting and Colouring and Chemically Relaxing Curly hair.

Katie Beeson-Bartell - Artistic Director
I have been hairdressing since I was 16 years old, I trained with the Francesco group and there I gained my NVQ level two and three. I then went on to gain my teachers certificate 7306 and D32-D33. I have worked for Shear Success for 6 years, I am the manager of the Sutton Coldfield branch, I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing, cutting, colouring, gent’s hair and wedding hair. I am the salon Aveda expert and therefore I have an extensive knowledge of both the Aveda colour range and the retail range.
Lisa Keeley - Artistic Director
I am the Tamworth salon manager. During the 15 years that I have been with Shear Success I have collected a wealth of knowledge from seminars and courses and I am now the ghd salon expert having recently reached the finals of a ghd national hairdressing competition. My beliefs are that the salon should always offer excellent professional service at the same time we should all have fun. I also love the creativity of wedding hair and the challenge of colour correction.
Jackie Follows - Artistic Director
I have worked for Shear Success for 11 years, during this time they have inspired me with new and exciting challenges. I am passionate about restyling my clients hair ensuring they always leave the salon looking and feeling great. I regularly attend courses to give me new inspiration, I also enjoy creative colouring to enhance my clients new styles.
Hannah Pulley - Artistic Director
I have worked for the company for 6 years. During this time I have successfully completed my NVQ levels 2&3 and the A1 qualification, this now enables me to teach and share my knowledge with our trainee’s through our in salon training programme. I enjoy creative hairdressing and photographic work I would consider myself to be a highly motivated, enthusiastic, passionate person. I have recently reached the final in a ghd national hairdressing competition and I am the ghd expert.
Natalie Scrivener - Spa Therapist
I have successfully completed my Beauty Therapy NVQ level 2 and 3 which included holistic treatments, I have obtained a wealth of knowledge regarding the Aveda spa treatments at the
Aveda Institute in London.
I am also a qualified Bio Sculpture nail technician.
I enjoy all aspects of my beauty therapy and always ensure that
the service I deliver to my guests is of the highest possible standard
and to the best of my ability. I am extremely passionate about Aveda’s holistic philosophy, customizing each service and personalizing it to each guest.
Every Aveda experience is designed to promote health, beauty and wellness, each spa treatment is accompanied by one or more of the special Aveda rituals for example a footbath, a sensory journey, comforting tea, hand and arm massage and a finishing touch of
make up.

Shear Success
