Training at Shear Success
We recognise the constant development and change within our market, through the influence of fashion and other industries.
To develop new techniques and ideas we allow ourselves to have an open approach to external and internal training.
Internal training is conducted on an ongoing continuous basis.
Specialist training that cannot be achieved in house is externally sourced. This gives the team the opportunity to integrate with other hair stylists thus contributing to the overall training ethos.
Shear Success links with our main retail line companies. They are Aveda, Paul Mitchell and GHD. These companies give us a lot of support and encouragement. We use their training facilities for most of our external training. Their training takes place at different venues spread across the country, from The Aveda Institute in Covent Garden to The Hilton Hotel in Birmingham.
Over the past nine years our training programme has become extremely successful. In 1999 Shear Success became a training centre to deliver and assess accredited NVQ Levels 1, 2 and 3 to all of our team. In conjunction with Cheynes Training we are able to deliver the best training in hairdressing to date.
