Step into Shear Success and you will be greeted by the receptionist who will check you in and show you to your service waiting area.
A warm welcome awaits you offering FREE consultations, Free parking, WiFi, complimentary beverages and much more...what more could you ask for!
We accept walk-in visits, but to ensure we can accommodate your specific requirements. Please call the salon or book online here.
A £10.00 deposit will be required on certain services.
Shear Success confirms all client bookings via automated text message or personal phone call. the day before your visit. We require an up to date and correct telephone number from you at the time of booking in order for us to confirm your service. We politely request that you cooperate with our reception when they ask for your contact details.
Arriving early is a great idea as you can take your time and relax before your appointment. *For late arrivals we will determine how much of the service we are able to offer. We will do everything we can to accommodate late arrivals, but in some circumstances appointments may have to be rescheduled or an alternative stylist will carry out your service.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel all salon appointments, failure to do so may result in a 50% charge being made. Your account must be settled before any further bookings can be made. Frequent cancellations will result in full advance payments being taken for new bookings/deposit may be required upon booking services.
In order for us to create a relaxing environment and comply with health and safety policies we ask that there are no children in the salon area unless they are receiving services or have had permission of the management. Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian to sign appropriate paperwork. Guests under the age of 16 must have a parent/guardian present during all services.
Patch Tests are required on certain services including eyelash tinting, brow tinting and for any hair colour services. In most cases these are 24 or 48 hours in advance, but please ask our receptionist or stylists for more information.
In the rare instance that you may experience a reaction, we ask that you inform Shear Success within 24 hours.

Shear Success reserve the right to change prices, promotions or age restrictions where necessary at any time. All prices are correct at time of going online. All prices are listed in UK sterling, inclusive of VAT.
